Pineapple Banana Smoothie For Reflux

I’ve recently introduced fruit smoothies to my diet. I’ve toyed with a few flavors to develop a staple group. So far I’ve had, Strawberry Mango (my favorite), Pineapple Banana, and Simple Orange. I’m not much of a fruit eater but I will introduce a few more later. It is also my hope to use them as my dinner meal replacement which may help with reflux that I have from time to time.

Included in all of the smoothies are greek yogurt, ice, honey, and selected fruit.
They’ve all been pretty good. The first few didn’t have honey and were a bit too “fresh” tasting. The honey makes it just right.
Update: 2015 – I’ve tried these a few times. The Pineapple Banana Smoothie helped reflux tremendously.
